What a disappointment! This place was a total letdown during my Christmas stay. Two positive things were the rooftop terrace, offering a nice view of the city, and the friendly staff. It was nowhere near the main attractions, and getting there required a long and confusing walk through narrow and crowded streets. the rooms were nothing like the pictures portrayed. They were cramped and outdated, with uncomfortable beds and minimal amenities.

The biggest letdown was the lack of cleanliness. The room was dirty upon arrival, with stains on the sheets and a musty smell.

We got a nice double room with our own private terrace. the hotel is right in the heart of the city, close to the main square and taxis 🚖.

Loved the delicious Moroccan cuisine at the restaurant and enjoyed the convenience of room service. The staff gave me practical advice on the area, even though I pretended to already know everything. Marrakech-Menara Airport is conveniently close.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the main square in the old town. Guests mentioned that it is right next to the main square of the Medina, making it convenient for exploring the city. the rooms are also decorated with traditional Moroccan elements, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at this Riad. The location was perfect - very close to the main square but also very quiet during the night. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were extremely helpful in organizing transportation and giving recommendations for places to explore in this city. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. a fantastic experience.
